PowerSchool Portal
PowerSchool is the official online Student Information System used by the West Haven School System. PowerSchool is an easy-to-use, web-based system that will allow you to stay informed of your child’s grades and attendance via the Internet. Find out what is going on at your child’s school anytime, anywhere! With PowerSchool, you can see your child’s class assignments, email teachers, view grades and access school bulletins.
PowerSchool has improved the manner in which parents/guardians access the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Parents/guardians can now access multiple students with one login.
Every parent/guardian may create one account in the Parent Portal. You will use the username and password initially issued by your child’s school. If you have forgotten this information, you can contact your child’s school. After entering this information you will be prompted for other information to create your single sign on (sso). If you would like step-by-step directions you may click on the link below.
Once you have completed creating your account you may log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Once you are logged into the Parent Portal you will see one tab for each child (upper left side of the screen). You will no longer have to log into the PowerSchool Parent Portal separately for each child. For those parents who only have one child in our district, you will have to create an account as well; you will just have one tab.
Additionally, the upgraded PowerSchool Parent Portal gives parents/guardians the ability to retrieve their own login information (in the event you forget or lose your login information).
