The gyms and auditoriums across West Haven have been alive with music these past two weeks as over 1,000 students across the district performed their winter concerts for fellow students, school staff, and family members. Songs in many languages, songs to celebrate the holiday season, an audience candy cane toss mid-performance, a “trip” on the Polar Express, student directors, and a sing-a-long live streamed to loved ones at home – our performances had it all!
Congratulations to all the student musicians on their wonderful performances after months of practice and hard work and thank you to our music teachers, band and chorus leaders, teachers, administrators, and families for all you do behind the scenes to help make these performances so wonderful.

District phone lines are now back up and running after this morning's technical difficulties. Thank you for your continued patience.

Adrienne Browning, Founder & President of The Re:JOY Project along with her Office Manager, Judy Pozzi, brought Christmas magic to the Washington students and their families by donating toys. Adrienne and her team takes donations for new toys and also brings life back to gently used toys so they can continue to bring smiles. Over the last two years of our partnership, this same team has also donated over 100 costumes. Their generosity will help over 40 families and we are so grateful!

Due to the weather we are experiencing a temporary issue with our phone lines. IT is addressing the problem and we will communicate once the issue has been resolved. Thank you!
