Registration process for students new to the West Haven Public Schools. 

1. Call 203-937-4360 x 7311 or contact the school directly.
2. You will be directed to fill out an online registration form if you are required to do so (required for students who have never been enrolled in any West Haven Public School or Readiness Program).
3. If required, fill out a registration form online. Click here to enroll your child for the 2017-18 school year. Click here to register for the 2018-19 school year.
4. You must attend a registration session and bring the following:

  • Current physical with updated immunizations. 

  • Copy of current home mortgage statement or apartment lease showing name of the lessee and the tenants with landlord's name and phone number. 

  • Current utility bill (gas, electric, phone or water)

  • Your child’s birth certificate (full size version; wallet sizes are not accepted)

  • Your child's latest report card

  • Your child's 504 plan or IEP, if applicable

(**The online registration form is not for returning students. If your student is one of our current students, please do not fill out the online form. All returning students will receive a paper form to update this year instead.)
