Water works hard in your body everyday! It’s very important to give yourselves the fluid your body needs. On a regular day your body loses two to three quarts of fluid each day just from sweating and going to the bathroom, and a lot of other things your body uses water for that you can’t see.

It’s easy to replace water, just by eating and drinking up! Most foods have a lot of water especially fruits and vegetables.
